Shipping policy

 

Processing time

Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days, unless bulk, whole-sale, or special orders. We will contact customer prior to any changes.

Shipping with-in US (Domestic)

For orders under $80 USD will have a flat rate of $5 USD for shipping.
For orders $80 USD and over, shipping is free (US Domestic)
Shipping will either be through USPS or UPS Ground.

International Shipping

For all orders outside of the US, international rates are calculated based on destination & weight.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Urban Ember is not responsible for delays due to customs.
